Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

How to Start a Return or Exchange Email us at team@amigoprovisions.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We'll reply with a prepaid shipping label within 1–2 business days. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Return Window & Condition Requirements All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 45 days of your original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Restocking Fee A $7 restocking fee per order will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived for exchanges.

Wrong Item or Defective Item If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is on us and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost. Please include a photo of the issue when you email us so we can resolve it quickly.

Final Sale Items Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Returns If you received an Amigo Provisions item as a gift, we're happy to process an exchange or issue store credit within the standard 45-day window. The original purchase date applies. Store credit will be issued to you, not the original purchaser.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 48 hours to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.
